Friday, September 6th-Miette Hot Springs in Jasper NP

We took it easy this morning and didn’t get out until almost Noon-Ah, the joys of retirement! When we finally got moving, we went to Miette Hot Springs in the Park. It’s a beautiful place surrounded by towering peaks. There are four pools there that vary in temperature. We were talking to a Canadian couple from Edmonton and we asked the temps of the pools? The guy said pointing at different pools “10, 20, 30, and 40 degrees.” I effortlessly gave him my “Duh” look and said I couldn’t convert from Celsius to Fahrenheit that quickly. His wife pointed at the pools and said “hot, hotter, cold, and dam# cold!” Diana and I burst out laughing!
